The Orthodox Stance (Right-Handed)
- Left foot forward, right foot back
- Hands up, chin tucked
- Left hand = jab hand, Right hand = power hand
The Southpaw Stance (Left-Handed)
- Right foot forward, left foot back
- Mirror image of orthodox
- Right hand = jab, Left hand = power

Tip: Master the jab first. It's the most important punch in boxing — it sets up everything else.
