The Speed Bag Setup

If possible, get a speed bag. It requires a platform (wall-mount or free-standing). Wall-mount is better and more stable. Budget $50-80 for a platform + bag combo.

The priority order: Hand wraps → Bag gloves → Heavy bag → Jump rope → Speed bag → Sparring gear. Everything else is nice to have. These six items cover 95% of boxing training.
